"La Cour Intérieure"
This one is the biggest of our rental cottages (127 m²), ideal to host a big family or 3 couples.
Facing South-East, it overlooks a private and closed yard, shaded with a beautiful magnolia tree, sheltered from outside view, ideal for sharing moments with friends and family or simply to relax.
This rental cottage with a capacity of 6/9 beds.
As a reminder: these 2 cottages can be rented separately and remain independent and private from each other or be rented together and become communicating (via an external access but also via an internal access and therefore in any season and weather!) while respecting the intimacy of each one by benefiting from 2 independent houses where each group will be able to meet or not in all freedom at any time of the day!

- Kitchen opening on the dining room, fully equipped for a modern comfort with the beauty of its low ceiling and a decoration combining modernity and romantic baroque style overlooking the yard.
- Living room of 24m² also opened on the inner yard with 2 sofas, including a convertible sofa (for 1-person 100×190), with a stove
- Bathroom and separate toilet
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Courtyard of 78m², combining garden furniture and relaxation space under the magnolia tree. A little garden gives you access to aromatic plants to garnish your dishes!
First floor, 2 bedrooms benefiting from the heat diffused from the fireplace with adjustable vents:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed and a baby bed
- Bedroom with 1 double and separable bed 2x80x200 and a convertible sofa for 2 people/children (extra bed)
- Bathroom and separate toilet
All bedrooms overlook your inner courtyard!
A private garage under repair will soon be available, in addition to parking spots on the sidewalk adjacent to the rental cottages.

- Low season prices from November to February
- Per person, as of 17 € per night,
- Per entire housing, as of 106€ per night so the room as of 35€ per night
- Middle season prices from March to May then from September to October
- Per person, as of 18€ per night,
- Per entire housing, as of 112€ per night so the room as of 37€ per night
- Hight season prices from June to August
- Per person, as of 19€ per night,
- Per entire housing, as of 119€ per night so the room as of 39€ per night
It is possible to privatise the rental cottages for 2 people with the ground floor of the cottages and their surroundings including:
- a bedroom,
- bathroom and toilet,
- living room,
- kitchen-living room
- and all the functionalities and equipment.

Tourist tax and additional taxe
- Price of 1.01€ per day and per person for people over 18 years old included 10% of additional departmental tax

Security deposit
A deposit cheque of 750 euros will be asked, without being cashed, and will be restored at the end of the stay if no damage is notifed, or the costs involved will be deducted from the deposit.
